MEET DENNIS
Hi, I'm Dennis Barsness! I'm running for MN Senate District 5. Thank you for visiting my campaign website.
I am a lifelong resident of the Grand Rapids area. I was born here, grew up here, and raised my own family here. My roots and my future are in District 5, and my passion is to see our communities thrive.
I was elected to Itasca County's Soil and Water Board in November 2018 and have served as supervisor of County District 4 and board secretary. In that time, I have learned a lot about stewardship -- not just of our natural resources, but of our local communities as well.
I am running for MN Senate to give us, the people of District 5, an alternative to the establishment voices that currently dominate our political landscape.
